Banana Moon Bromley Celebrates 4th Birthday with Fun-Filled Farm Day

At Banana Moon Bromley, we believe in creating memorable experiences for our children and their families. This month, we celebrated our 4th birthday with a Farm Day that brought the sights, sounds, and charm of the countryside right to our nursery.

From the moment the gates opened, excited children met our special guests:

Winston the alpaca – always ready for a photo and a gentle stroke
Star the pony – winning hearts with every swish of her tail
Polly the donkey – calm, gentle, and always curious
Betty the sheep – showing off her soft, woolly coat
Sasha the goat – cheeky and full of character
Tequila the pig – snuffling happily for snacks
Velvet black rabbits – soft, cuddly, and a favourite for gentle strokes
Ducklings – bringing smiles as they splashed in their water
Guinea pigs – small but full of personality

Children had the chance to feed, stroke, and learn about each animal, building confidence, curiosity, and a love for nature. For many families, it was their first time experiencing these animals up close, making it an extra special day.

After meeting the animals, everyone enjoyed delicious snacks and a big birthday cake, shared with our families. It was also lovely to welcome some of the parents who will be joining our nursery community in the coming months. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, conversations, and the strong sense of community that defines Banana Moon Bromley.

Celebrations like these are more than just fun. They reflect our ethos of building close relationships with families, offering enriching experiences that support children’s learning and development, and creating a welcoming environment for all.
